Raven is the calm in the calendar storm, a talented project manager with a passion for bringing order to the un-orderable. She has a knack for spotting potential disasters before they happen, and yes, she’s learning to say “no” more often (but only because she cares about everyone’s best interests).

Patricia is equal parts whirlwind and wonder, everywhere at once, yet deeply committed to making sure every event feels inclusive, thoughtful, and perfectly pulled together. She’s a solutions-first thinker, which is usually great… except when it means she signs up for more than humanly possible. But hey, we’re all works in progress.

Together, we share a passion for making event planning effortless. CyaLater was born from our days in a tech startup, where we discovered that organizing offsites didn’t have to be painful, if you had the right system. We set out to build that system: a tool that helps companies (especially in tech, but really, anyone) plan, organize, and communicate their events seamlessly.

Now, whether it’s a retreat, a team-building day, or just an excuse to get everyone in the same room, we make it easier to say “See you there!” and mean it.
